Payments for courses, subscriptions, certifications, or other services must be made through approved payment methods available on the Platform.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Applicable taxes and processing fees may be included where required by law.
Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with Quatlearn's Refund Policy.
Refunds may not be available for:
Completed courses.
Downloadable digital materials.
Certificates already issued.
Services where substantial course content has been accessed.

Certificates are issued only after all course completion requirements have been met.
Certificates verify course completion and do not represent professional licenses, academic degrees, or government accreditation unless expressly stated.
Instructors agree to:
Deliver accurate and professional educational content.
Respect intellectual property rights.
Avoid misleading or false claims.
Maintain respectful communication with students.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Quatlearn may review, modify, suspend, or remove instructor content that violates these Terms.
Students agree to:
Participate respectfully in discussions and learning activities.
Refrain from cheating, plagiarism, or academic misconduct.
Avoid sharing course materials without authorization.
Follow all community guidelines.
Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

Videos
Course materials
Documents
Graphics
Logos
Software
Designs

is owned by Quatlearn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display Platform content without prior written permission.
Users retain ownership of content they submit, including assignments, discussions, reviews, and instructor materials.
By submitting content, you grant Quatlearn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
Users remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their submitted content.
Users must not:
Share accounts with others.
Copy or redistribute paid course content.
Attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Impersonate another individual or organization.
Quatlearn reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action.

We strive to maintain continuous Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.
Quatlearn provides educational content for learning purposes.
While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee:
Employment opportunities.
Professional certification acceptance.
Examination success.
Business or financial outcomes.
Users are responsible for applying their learning appropriately.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quatlearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
Quatlearn may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice where users:

Engage in fraudulent activities.

Cause harm to other users or the Platform.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.
